What is your policy on returns?
At Brightz, all sales are final with the exception of mechanical defects. Brightz have a 30 day limited replacement warranty. Please read our Return Policy below for more information. If you did not purchase your Brightz from our website, contact the store or seller you received them from.
Return, Delivery & Security Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. They must be returned at the customer’s expense in their original packaging and meet the following conditions:
- Product must be unopened and unused. Brightz, Ltd. cannot refund money for products once the package is opened.
- Product must be returned in its original packaging.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) must be requested from Brightz, Ltd. within 30 days of delivery of the product. All returned products require a Return Authorization number. To obtain an RMA Number, please email us at: support@brightz.com. Enter the Subject Line as “RMA REQUEST”. Please include your order number, name, the item number you are returning, and the reason for your return.
- Once an RMA has been received, products must be returned within 14 days to receive a full refund.
All sales are final. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling charges on all returned items.
Return Shipping
Unless Brightz made an error, return freight is the customer’s responsibility. We will be happy to help you determine which shipping method to use once you have requested your RMA number. We highly recommend insuring the items for their retail value to protect against shipping damage.
Please be sure to carefully follow all return-shipping instructions. If an item is returned to the wrong address, Brightz reserves the right to charge for any additional shipping fees associated with shipping the item to the correct location.
Canceled Orders
Orders canceled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RMA Number and ship the item back to the correct address.
Refused Shipments
If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee will apply. Second-Day and Next-Day shipping costs will not be credited if delivery is refused.
Refunds
Once your return is received, Brightz Ltd. will issue a refund to the credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your credit to be issued.
To receive a full refund, items must be shipped within 14 days from the day the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Returns received without a RMA will not be refunded.
Defective Merchandise
All products sold at brightz.com are factory new and are covered by the manufacturer’s 30 day limited replacement warranty. Brightz, Ltd. stands behind the quality and condition of all merchandise sold and if your item is defective, please call us at 419-517-0049 or email us at support@brightz.com. We will arrange for the item to be replaced promptly.

- For brightz.com purchases—the order number
- For all other online purchases—contact the seller for a refund or replacement
- For retail store purchases—contact the store for a refund or replacement
Damaged Merchandise
In the event that your merchandise arrives to you in a physically damaged condition due to transit damage, please call Customer Service at 419-517-0049 or email us at support@brightz.com. You must make claims for damage within 3 days of delivery. After this allotted time, we cannot accept responsibility for the claim. We will contact the delivery carrier (UPS or USPS (Parcel Post)) on your behalf and have the merchandise picked up and inspected. Merchandise must be returned in the original shipping carton. Upon receipt of damaged merchandise to our warehouse, a replacement unit of the same model will be shipped to you.
