I have purchased several other similar items, and this is the best. I love that changes colors and has an auto-off timer to save battery life. The image shows it lit the ice beneath our Halloween "blood bag" cocktails! Great buy to make your cooler the best at the party!
These are WAY cool! I wish I had gotten a picture of how they looked in the cooler at Bonnaroo, but we totally forgot. It was just enough light to see what was in the cooler, but not so bright you were blinded when looking in it in the dark. I'll try to get pictures the next time we use it.The picture below is just the light right out of the box.

Great light for the money but will leak water in if it is underwater just keep the little battery pack above the water
Love the color does add an awesome color to the cooler. A couple things i wished they would add is. 1. if the lights turned off when you closed the cooler somehow, you could add a time out to it where it would go out after so long. and also would be nice to come with something that they would stick to inside the cooler. Overall though great for price and color
Enjoyed it the one time i used it, but then the wires broke in two places during storage and transportation. Amazon won't allow exchanges or returns after 30 days, so just expect this to be a short term, disposable purchase.
Don't get me wrong. I do love this but it's cheaply made. It's super bright but very flimsy for the money. I kind of expected it to be harder/tougher plastic
I love these lights. I can use them anywhere because they are waterproof! I took a small bail of hay, sat a little girl and boy on it put pumpkins around them, Then I put sticks in their hands with a cotton ball on the end to look like Marshmallows, Then I put small sticks on ground in front of them, put these lights in and around sticks to look like campfire and, WALA, I have two kids roasting marshmallows around the campfire! My neighbors think it is sooo neat. I will order more of these from this company. Thank you !!
This may be the solution for our camping coolers at night! We have not had a chance to test this on our overnight camping trips just yet but in a blacked-out room it truly provides a good amount of light so you're not hunting around in the cold cooler in the dark. My only complaint is that I wish the strand length was longer. We tried buying something similar but much longer from Harbor Freight and the brightness is not nearly as bright as the CoolerBrightz 😞
These were awesome! They looked cool- but really added a benefit of being able to see which brand drink you were grabbing on late night rides! Everyone wanted to know where we got them. The battery lasted at least 18 solid hours or being on... we didn’t turn them off when we went to bed and they were still going strong. Very bright! Very happy with this purchase! (Can’t believe I forgot to take picture!!)
Used it for camping. The only thing was it kind of gets in the way while you're rummaging in the cooler. Lightens it real good. Got the white one. Didn't mind turning the switch on and off. Stuck it right on the top. So couldn't sit on the cooler but I guess you shouldn't do that anyway? Don't know if all LED lights are waterproof and this is just merchandised for this purpose. But it served its purpose.
I really like this product totally water proof. Light last for a long time. Totally recommend to anyone that wants to style up their cooler
It’s fun, but u can’t adjust the the light colors very well and it doesn’t stay on long at all, and it wasn’t because the battery was dead, it just won’t stay on long. It’s cute, but I wouldn’t really recommend it. Very glad it didn’t cost much. Sorry
I see from the other reviews that you either love these things or hate 'em - they have worked beautifully for us. For the most part, we use them to light rock and mineral displays - they are small and easy to fit in small spaces - and the intensity of the light is just great. We have also used them in coolers, and that's worked fine as well.I have had 4 sets of these, various colors, so far and all of them have worked perfectly, and are still working (6 months after purchase, full time use). Most definitely, for us, a real bang for the buck.
Cool product. I have gone through a few of these already. It lights up great and the batteries last a long time. They are fragile and break easy. Through trail and error i have learned that putting them in the bottom of the cooler is very cool to look at but doesn't last very long before it breaks. Run them along the top rim of the cooler and it will last much longer. Clear heavy duty packing tape works great to hold them in place
