Was going to give 2 stars, but at least one side ought to be generous, so, since quality seems pretty good, I'm giving it 3 stars. Ultimately, I'm pretty disappointed with this product. For $17 (plus tax) I was expecting the table net with the bordered lighting, it's JUST the lighting that you need to work throygh your own table net... heck, batteries are NOT even included... really? Ultimately, it's a misunderstanding of what the product was, but for this price, it definitely should already provide the batteries. Not impressed- especially since I now need to get the table net! Sheesh. Hope this helps. :)
Got this for my youth group, and it looks super awesome! Really need to buy the whole set though for it to be a worthwhile investment LOL. Excited to invest in the light up paddles here soon!Being a RAZER gamer, I'm a firm believer that everything is usually cooler and more fun with LEDs... and this definitely proves that point!
This is a fun little add-on for a ping pong table, but you should get a glow in the dark(or light up) ball first! You just weave the little fiber optic style line through the net and connect it to the light box with batteries and off you go. One click turns it on and it slowly cycles through colors, second click locks in on the current color, third click turns it off. It has a decently waterproof battery area so you can use it outdoors. It also comes with quite a bit of the cord so you can weave it in and then cut it down to fit where you've placed the battery box. I recommend doing a pretty tight weave so it looks nice and even. If the weave is too loose it looks saggy and uneven. I was skipping 2 squares between each weave.
We got this for our ping pong table and it is a super fun addition! The lights are bright and colorful, and it is really fun to play with them! They were easy to set up and easy to use.
Wish the lights were inlaid with the boarder of the net rather than just weaved through the net.Pack should be rechargable, I hate going through a bunch of batteries. Or not having them on hand when something dies.
These work as shown and look great in the dark. It was easy enough to set up. No complaints.
This light up net works really well for glow ball games. You're going to need either LED ping pong balls (which don't work very well) or glow in the dark ping pong balls (which are awesome). It's not easy to play ping pong in the dark, but a net like this will make it possible. We love putting on 80s tunes and having a glow ping pong party.Fun to be able to play in the dark with glow in the dark.Highly recommend.
I recently added this NetBrightz LED ping pong net light to our table, and it truly adds a whole new spin to the game (as it says in the title!) The LED lights create a vibrant and exciting atmosphere, especially during nighttime matches. Installation was simple, and the lights are bright and durable. The added visibility makes the game more fun and engaging. Overall, it’s a fantastic addition that has enhanced our ping pong experience immensely.
as advertised and works pretty well. The only thing that would make this work better is if there is a led ball and lights on the table.
It's not very bright. I didn't think it was anything spectacular. I got it to to add something fun to our table tennis table. You have to weave it through the net otherwise it'll look sloppy. The variation in color wasn't much. There's 2 modes: solid and gradual change in color.
TLDR: Fun lights for ping pong! I do like these just because it is nice to add a bit of fun to the ping pong table! My only issue is they just aren’t that nice for the price. It is essentially a long tube attached to a battery pack that gives off LED light. The pack isn’t even rechargeable but just uses several batteries. I guess I thought for the price it would at least be rechargeable. If you don’t mind spending a little though, it doesn’t look nice on the net, adds a dash of fun to ping pong especially for parties, and weaves into the net easily!
Our teenage cousins got a ping pong table late last year. We saw this and thought they’d really have some fun with it and we were right. We coupled this with the Brightz Glow in the Dark Ping Pong Balls.Note, this is not an entire net. It is strip of LEDs that are designed to be weaved through an existing net. Runs on triple AAA batteries but has a long life. The LEDs are enclosed in a smooth small tube that is easy to weave through the net. They are easy to install on a net and easy to operate. It gives enough light that you can see the edges of the table fairly well also. It’s a fun novelty item that the kids enjoy. Giving it a 4 based on perceived value. Would give it a 5 if it was in the $10-12 range.
It works alright and is pretty easy to set up. Just install 3 AA batteries and the weave the light cable through the holes in the net and insert one end into the light emitter.Problem is, the light isn't very bright and playing in the dark is dang near impossible without a very bright light-up ball. Also may want some lights around the entire edge of your ping pong table to see it better and not hit it.Still, can make a fun little activity for a short time, but no way can you play seriously in the dark without a lot more setup.I do wish it was rechargeable though rather than requiring batteries. Still a cool idea but needs some refinement.
This we added to the tennis table of our rumpus room. They weren't too difficult to install. They worked. I am not sure that I plan on them lasting for ever but still a fun addition.
This is my 3rd Brightz product. We've enjoyed them.I got this for a glow party coming up next month. We're using a gym and we're bringing all sorts of light-up sports items.I also picked up the light up Ping Pong Paddle. It's super fun and lights really well.I'm excited to see how it all turns out. This will be really fun to have for outdoor use as well. The kids LOVE the RGB lights so this will be a hit for sure.
I wasn't expecting these to be as bright and vivid as they are. We enjoy playing ping-pong because it helps our hand-eye coordination, and it's fun.. These lights allowed us to dim the lights and create a fun and different experience that has challenged us even further. I am glad we purchased these lights and brought a whole new dimension of gaming into our game room!
It’s just a little hard to install because it gets tangled, but it works fine
Nice led ping pong net add on. Keeps the game going at night on a different level. Fit just fine and worked just fine.
My son loved them
