Quantity of 3 - LR41 battery

Looks good for task of showing tent lines at night. There were 2 of them that were turned on in package on arrival. Still have some battery life remaining but I think the guys at Amazon turn them on when shipping. Hard for them to turn themselves on during shipping due to being attached to backing sheet. Intentionally turn-on from somewhere in supply chain... States "4+ days of glow" so turn on happen during packaging as shipment time was about 4-5 days... Looks to be nice units though, with o-ring for watertight usage. Electronics assembly might be a bit delicate so be careful changing batteries.

Perfect

Our tent has an awning and multiple guy lines come off of it. These work great for showing you where they are staked down. Used 4 nights in a row and they lasted the tripThere's one in the bottom right corner of my photo

Hoping for a NO trip camping weekend!

Some people say they aren’t bright. I’m happy with the brightness as I wouldn’t want them so bright to disrupt my sleep. Will be using them this weekend after a nasty guyline trip on the last camping trip. The product details and the packaging are INCORRECT on the battery type and quantity. These take LR41. Each light takes 3. Don’t believe what you read here or on the actual packaging.

2 Pack

Like the tent chord lights. You can see them more than 30ft away even with a bright moon.i expect them to help me no need to use a bright light to find me tent at a campsite.

Great Solution to Prevent Tripping Over Guy Lines

These help SO much when it gets dark... no more tripping over the guy lines when having to go out and pee. Plus... THEY LOOK GREAT !!

Incorrect packaging but they do the trick

These tent brightz do the trick of visually helping folks to see the guy line. They are not for bright illumination…just a warning sign, which is what I wanted. Please note. Both the packaging and the Amazon description are wrong about the battery size. They each take three LR41 button batteries.

Great idea

These lights are a life saver. I have little ones that like to run around the camp ground and these lights keep them from knocking down our tent, damaging anything or themselves. Not sure about the longevity of the light as of right now. I have had them very long. They're bright enough to be seen but not so bright it's a distraction. Very easy to use. Push the button on the end. They have been a valuable asset for our camping trips.

Not enough juice

Don’t last very long and need to replace every night!

Great addition to safer campig

Tripping in the middle of the night on tent tie downs is not fun. These stop that issue. They worked great. Helped find our tent. Had a fellow camper ask me where I go them. These were great value for the money. Haven't had them long enough to determine the battery life.

OK but received lights that did not work.

The lights work fine but 1 of the 4 did not work. I returned them for a replacement and 1 of 4 of those didn't work. Between the two packs I now have a 4 pack and returned the two that didn't work. The lights are good for the tent strings and hope the ones I have last awhile.

Plastic Clips are easily broken

These little lights are great, they put off just enough "glow" that it makes the line visible for those who are at least trying to pay attention for guy-lines. I only used mine for 2 nights but did not notice any difference in light output from the beginning of the first night to the end of the 2nd night. However, the point of failure here is the cheap plastic clips which are used to hold these on. It's very simply a plastic gap which can be used to attach these, and additionally it's 2 different kinds of plastic for the top vs the bottom. 1 of these plastics is much weaker and it broke on 1 of the 4 for the first use on normal Coleman string for a rain fly. I could tell after putting the first one on that I was going to have to be gentle with the rest of them but it still failed and broke. A better mechanism would be some form of clamp or clip which you can apply pressure on the line with. I've thought about exchanging them for a new set but in the end I'll likely just end up using the wire ties which came with the set to attach it moving forward. They are only going to get about 5-6 good uses throughout a year for me anyway.Summary: A great middle ground from using glowsticks, which for me are generally too bright to start and don't last long enough. A lot easier to maintain than glowsticks since I don't have to replace them nightly, and the batteries are easy enough to carry spares of. I do feel bad giving this the rating I am since there are so few reviews, this product has the potential to be amazing but just because those clips are so easily broken I have to score it down.

Small and visable

These work great when zip tied to the tent ropes

ok. but not perfect.

Not quite as bright as I was thinking they would be. And changing the batteries is a bit annoying and they don't last very long. But, when you're in the complete black of night camping, you can still see them and know where your wires are when you leave the tent for any busniess.

Long Battery life

great little set of lights battery lasted all night, although it's hard for me to judge just how much light this really provided because our campsite was very dark so almost any light looked bright.

Great safety gadget for camping!

These are easy to clip on guy lines. Help prevent trips in the dark, but not so bright that they ruin campsite ambiance. Batteries last a long time.

Great product!

Wish we'd had these growing up! Made identifying our tent at night while on a troop camp out very easy, also kept you from tripping over the tie downs as well. We only used them one night so I can't speak to the battery life. They are not bright but that's desired since you're still looking for the camp atmosphere. Very easy to turn on/off.

Original Seller Feedback Incorrect, Should be 5 Star!

The wrong product (2-pack, instead of 4-pack) arrived. Reached out to the seller and they express shipped the correct items to me. Unfortunately, when replying, via Amazon Feedback, the "Seller Response" changed from 5 stars to 3 stars, even though I hit the 5-star icon twice. This error of defaulting to a lower star appers to be an Amazon-site glitch and not something the customer can fix. Contacted Amazon customer support to fix this issue but nothing could be done other than re-sending a new link. The coustomer service from this company was outstanding and worthy of 5 stars. The product itself is really great, lasts through many scout campouts and helps our scouts to see our hammack rain-fly guy wires and not knock thme down. Very easy to clip on and use, bright enough to see from a distance, and are just the right size with a battery that will last though a year of bi-monthly campouts.

The tent pole lights were great. They worked for my whole camping trip. The zipper pulls and cooler light came without batteries even though the packaging said they were included. The cooler light looked dirty and used.
